We are monitoring the updates of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Italian Higher Institute of Health (ISS) on a daily basis, with the aim of adopting the suggested safety protocols in our hotels. Our main priority is the well-being and safety of our guests and our collaborators, in all circumstances.
We are taking all the utmost precautions in our facilities, respecting the recommendations received from the bodies in charge, with the aim of ensuring maximum safety. All our collaborators have received detailed guidelines and specific cleaning, hygiene, and sanitation measures have been adopted in all our facilities, with the aim of providing safe and clean environments for our guests and our collaborators.
- rigorous sanitation of rooms, bars, restaurants, common areas and contact points (door handles, lifts, reception counters, common bathrooms, conference rooms, etc.);
- hand sanitizers placed in the contact areas of the Guests;
- thermometers available at receptions to conduct body temperature checks on request;
- supply of medical masks and gloves for our Guests and collaborators on request;
- specialized training of our collaborators to ensure knowledge and compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.
Greater flexibility for your holidays
At this time of great uncertainty, we know how important flexibility is to you. We have therefore improved our cancellation policies for your future bookings. If you have already made a refundable booking, you can cancel it up to one day before your arrival.
For NON-refundable or partially refundable bookings, which included the stay in the hotel during the period considered “force majeure”, currently scheduled until May 3 (but subject to extension), it is possible to receive a voucher equal to the sum paid. The management’s goal is to reopen our facilities starting from 1 June 2020 , equipped with all the safety and hygiene standards listed above.
